BO Account Renewal and Related Information Update Notice 2026-2027
In accordance with the directive of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) (SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/45/Admin/Depository Act 1999), all clients who have not yet paid the BO Account renewal fee of Tk. 150 (One Hundred Fifty Taka) for the financial year 2026–2027 are requested to deposit the fee by 23 July 2026 and complete the renewal process.
Otherwise, BO accounts may be closed due to non-payment of the annual account maintenance fee.
Furthermore, as per the BSEC circular, BO account holders whose mandatory information and documents have not yet been updated are specially requested to contact their respective branch offices as soon as possible and complete the information update process.
