BO Account Renewal and Related Information Update Notice 2026-2027
As per the directive of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC/CDS/10/2016/490 dated 26th June 2018), those clients who have outstanding BO A/C renewal fees of Tk. 150/- (one hundred and fifty) for the fiscal year 2026-2027 or any previous year are requested to deposit the said fees by 30th June 2026. Otherwise, the BO accounts that have not been provided with the annual account maintenance fee will be suspended.
Furthermore, as per BSEC circular directives, all BO account holders whose necessary information and documents have not yet been updated are requested to urgently contact the following branch offices for updating.
